Weddings for The Umpteenth.
Work tomorrow, and then from there, Drewey and I head up north for Weddingpalooza. He's playing violin, I'm singing with Svenson, and under Handzel's capable direction I will hopefully be helping with the food (and don't you DARE laugh). Rah, rah, shishboombah. This is the millionth wedding, it seems, in the past few years.
But hooray for hanging with Handzel for an extended weekend and no work on Friday, which means the following: no office jumble and stress, Handzel's cooking for four days straight (!!!), and a good reason to get all gussied up and wear heels ("Watch her trip! Watch her fall! Serious, dudes, it's a ball!").
It is for these reasons, as well as many, many more, that I confess one thing -
I LOVE YOU MY HANDZEL!!!

it'll be fun. Drewey and the pianist sound BEAUTIFUL. They made
"You Raise Me Up" not sound like a schmaltzy song. As well as
the singers. they sound quite beautiful themselves.
