Hibernation

Sometimes I wish that
I could hide within
That crook between
Your warm neck and left shoulder
Where a chin and cheek
Is supposed
To rest.
Crawl right in,
Curl into a ball
To dissappear
Into the shadow,
My small body
A Thumbelinan marvel.
From my perch,
I would see the dashboard
Of your car,
Sometimes the rain
Smattering the windshield,
Sometimes just the
Long highway.
I'd watch you,
Singing to yourself,
Talking to people,
Buying your favorite
Pack of gum.
In short,
Living your
every-day-like-the-next.
The life that I,
In my great loss,
Have only half been able
To be a part off.

Sarahand while I laugh, I cry, because I'm jealous of your little poetics, and your seat looks good from where I stand.

Angry Horde of PeasantsWe demand more content! The people have spoken. More Cassie, less comments. Yes. We'll strike otherwise. So put that Piaget down .... you could teach him a little about child development in any event, babysitting your siblings. And blog!

CassieTechinically, at the moment, I am unable to post. I think court has banned me from my own blog. :D Actually, he's doing server-swapping, I believe, and I've been too lazy to email him and complain. When I really have some burning issue to discuss with my adoring crowd of.. angry mob... of.. well, with the people, then I'll go complain to Court and he'll be so nice and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

CrystalYou've got your grammar rules mixed up, my Canuck-turned-Texan friend, but that's okay. The French has messed with your mind.
